Hi @DAIICHI, I don´t agree with @CavaliereVerde in many of his commets, I also feel he is too much on Darwinex side, and some times I don´t see the reason. However, In other hand, I also realize he is very well documented and professional, so I respect his opinions (regardless of whether I agree with them or not).
And I am on Darwinex side too, but I am more critical than him. You or me could be trading with any broker in the world, but probably we are at Darwinex for a reason. Personally I think if I had started a brockerage company, I´d like to have been like Darwinex.
Darwinex offer a fair business opportunity to any person (trader) who is capable to beat the market, that´s great and priceless for many good traders that don´t have the money to open big accounts or who don´t want to risk their savings.
Darwinex has a world class customer service. They are fast, accurate and efficient answering our questions.
Darwinex make mistakes like any person or company that is always trying to make improvements. When you are in movement, when you innovate and are creative, you make some mistakes in the process. It is normal and we have to accept it because this is the reason Darwinex is different, we have to accept some mistakes in order to evolve. We traders or investor have the right to point those mistakes (or what we think are mistakes), so Darwinex acknowledges our opinions to react accordingly. I know they will discard most of our comments and ideas, but they will consider some of them when they make sense (for traders, investors and Darwinex). We can help them to find some mistakes they don´t realize, I think they really appreciate our feedback, we are their thermometer.
So, as @CavaliereVerde said, your comments should be more balanced, we (I do) think you are too much negative, so why don´t make an effort to highlight the good things Darwinex offer to you at the same time you make a constructive comment of somethink that you dislike? When you hear only negative comments fromm someone, don´t you stop to pay attention to him? But, when you hear the same idea from someone you know is fair and well documented, don´t you think his ideas have more weight?
Think about it!
