These % are good to understand the weight of every concept, but they have not read directly. I tried to share the idea of weights but they are not the parameters of the phormula. These are the weights with the attached hyphotesis:

(3) Dscore=100. The phormula has an independent term that implies that when you low score in every parameter, the others go down also.
The independent term makes difficult the idea to get high dscore only with good management, and aleatory system. Attached an example of how dscore goes down with less timing and performance.
Watch that the weights of the IA'S with 10 points go down his score, because of the effect of the indepent term.
In example 01, the average is 87,5, the calculation with the weights shown would be aprox. 81, but the estimation is 71,69
In example 02, the average is 75, the calculation with the weights shown would be 59,6, but the estimation is 43,87
