with this portfolio i have the goal of being profitable in yearly base (above average), with controlled risk.
for that i have study darwins, that i find, with twitter active account that fill requisites. by a question of time to evaluate them, and because a lot of darwins with significant different risk profile, i decide to create some rules to “control” it, and help me manage it, here they go:

a) requisites point 1, on answer, questions discuss with others, on subjects related to darwins in portfolio;
b) requisites point 2, i have made a profile for every Darwin, and i will check deteriorations on monthly max var, monthly average D-leverage, monthly average ratio in pips on win/lose trades, average trade duration and few other ratio i use not presented in Darwinex.
if for reasons above trader will stop to receive allocations on my decision until deteriorating situation becomes normal again.
c) allocation, fix 75% of portfolio in equal weight for darwins, 25% allocated at any time by my individual judgment.

data read DIRECTLY from Darwinex charts, always from Thursday 20h59m to Friday 20h59m of next week.

Hi @OldSchoolPT
Why don’t you track top20dscore dynamically like a true index?
For example now XGU isn’t top20 anymore and there is a new entry HTS .

Hi @CavaliereVerde
Top 20, top 50, etc, Index could and should be done by darwinex, I do not have the resources to do it automatically and the time to manage it manually…
for benchmark on this peculiar portfolio (FOT) I think is better this way because I will not also change darwins during 1 year ( time I pretend to manage it) difference is I change allocations weekly and top 20 is 5% constant.
Top 20, are top d-score darwins choose randomly, on the date that darwinex remove DWEX, and we will see returns, volatility, DD, etc in 3M, 6M and 1 year. It should mean something because its perfectly normal to imagine investors to invest in top 20 at some point, what we will see in this case is how it will result in future for that best 20 one year before.
besides, I like to be the most transparent possible, and in this way, anyone can create also a demo portfolio with same rules and same darwins, at any point in time, and follow week after week and check if results are “real” or “fake”.

You are right but everything can happen to my or your portfolios, an exit strategy is always needed.
If someone stops trading I will remove it, if someone starts gambling (low Rs) I remove it.
You cannot predict someone going crazy, it can happen on top20 on FOT, on every portfolio.

Even true indexes like UK100 or ITA40 are dynaminc, some companies gone bankrupt so the composition changes.
Capitalization is a good rule but it doesn’t predict future.

i agree with you on that, and should be take in consideration by investors on real portfolios! Top 20 is just a DEMO portfolio, a “particular” benchmark and it is not any type of investment recommendation just a experience.
