Hi Darwinex Team!
First of all, congrats for your new development about the possibility to create multiple investor portfolios. I think it was a feature many users were demanding.
I write here since it has been of my knowledge that high watermark would be considered separated for each investment portfolio you might have.
I really think that it is not really fair for investors, since you might have to pay performance fees to a Darwin provider that has generated losses to you.
I can understand that different portfolios might have different performance payment dates, but you should really apply a unique watermark for all the investment portfolios a user might have.
Otherwise, it could happen something as follow:
1. I have a Portfolio A where I buy Darwin XXX at 120, for example, and after some months I end up selling it at 90, having a loss with that Darwin.
2. Some months later, I decide to buy again Darwin XXX at 80 into Portfolio B, and after some months, I end up selling it with some profits, lets say at 90.
My performance in Darwin XXX is clearly a loss, but if we have separated high watermarks, I would have to pay some performance fees to XXX trader since I have obtained some profits in portfolio B.
I really think it is unfair and I would like to ask Darwinex to reconsider the actual situation and apply a unique high watermark for every Darwin an investor might buy, no matter what Portfolio it has been used to.
Thanks in advanced. You are clearly the best ones!!
