CFDs are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. 66 % of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs with this provider. You should consider whether you understand how CFDs work and whether you can afford to take the high risk of losing your money.

History/badges + Quotes

Why history badges(attributes) and history/quotes have been divided?
If I want to use Dscore for “trading” and “testing” a darwin, I have to ask for quotes & badges… furthermore even if I have tried only two darwin, BSL and KVL… with BSL the first quote it’s not coincident with the first badges data… so I need to add a check…and this is not so userfriendly.

This should be mandatory to test a simple investing :wink: strategy like
enter @ DScore 70
exit @ DScore 60

I was getting there when I noted this “feature” :slight_smile:

Hi!
I have to agree with the fact that merging the data could be a little tricky, but that is part of our work :wink:

Today, and for not opening a new thread, I just want to point here the missing scores update on friday’s close. I am not sure 100%, but last week happened the same, and this is something that can’t be solved from the investor’s side:

Hi @naturalcapital!
I have just made a request to https://api.darwinex.com/darwininfo/1.4/products/DWC/history/badges and the last entry returned to me contains the following content:

 [
    1556917200000,
    44.46666666666667,
    [
      10,
      8.020596806224354,
      8.141136196837575,
      10,
      5.041204430782901,
      3.7116820891306896,
      5.25893307968753,
      3.22752850120506,
      5.906365885200296,
      7.436219915665241,
      0.560889155379653,
      10,
      43.637778099971634
    ],
    1556924400000,
    1557095920385
  ]

The 1556917200000 epoch time seems to be the end of day for last friday. I’ll check around here if there was any issue with the return over the weekend…

Kind Regards,
Jesús

Yes, once the market is open again that request returns the firday’s close. My output now is as your’s. The problem becomes when requesting the scores history or current scores during weekend.

Hope this can be clarified, I worked around it looking for some error but seems to be all ok.

Thanks Jesus!

Hello @jesusbc,

Here are my outputs from the web API console today, for quotes and badges:

1557521940000 = 2019-05-10 20:59:00 UTC

1557435600000 = 2019-05-09 21:00:00 UTC

Thanks, and have a nice weekend!
