The 'Pur Agency' model was an argument that Juan constantly put forward, it was an important marker of Darwinex's image.
What I'm saying is that instead of doing webinars on Futures, an important communication effort should have been made to accompany changes as important as the deposit bank or the abandonment of the Pure Agency model.
But instead of a webinar, you forward a news article.
It does not seem to have any hierarchy of the importance of the subjects.

But if you have to maintain 100% growth over the next few years, you will have to make efforts to maintain enthusiasm and confidence in the product.
I am a Darwinex passionate who cares. Maybe I express my concern in a rather vehement way to raise awareness.
But instead of an awareness the staff feels insulted and responds on the defensive instead of really reassuring.
