Be relieved, I left such brokers from past, as soon as such incident occurred (and as their answers raised red flags...).
By the way, let me add something very annoying from their part : generally, some hours later, they "fix" the data feed.... As an example, yesterday, during the morning, the OANDA data feed suddenly was "fixed"....
Despite you're are very sure (and see the consequences) of the fake data feed that appeared during the night, they dare to tell you "We don't see ANY problem...".
I confirm that Darwinex didn't get such problem (and never got one since it's my broker ).
While I previously said that I always left brokers with such incidents (and lack of answers), there's one specific broker that I only left AFTER A FEW incidents (but ended leaving as I got fed up after too many incidents) : Saxo Bank.
Why ? Because, they analyzed and recognized their responsibility for some of the incidents and even gave financial compensation for specific cases. But, even financial compensation doesn't compensate technical stability ...
You're perfectly right, @OutsideTheBoxHK. That's also why I took a lot of time to finally leave Saxo Bank due to last long-lasting good customer relationship.
Anyway, now, I'm really happy with Darwinex !
