I consider myself a large investor through the Darwinex platform and as such I don’t really feel that the level of support fits that well. I wouldn’t relish paying but I’d rather pay and get immediate support when I need it?
I appreciate the community is really good but sometimes you just want something explained to you.
Does anyone else feel the same?
