The following link is to an excellent paper on certain behaviours that affect this community forum.
We must always remember that while sharing of opinions, views, feelings, experiences and anything in between, is a very healthy and highly encouraged exercise..
.. the manner in which we present the same, affects others’ perceptions and acceptance of the same.
This forum is one of the few where everyone has tremendous freedom to express their views and concerns.
This freedom is born out of a belief in transparency and the value that constructive exchange brings not only to our growth as a community, but also to the product it consumes.
Please respect each other more..
Please be constructive, not destructive, in your criticisms, so you give your criticisms a chance to evolve into solutions, not wars.
Please frame your arguments in a manner that attracts healthy discourse, regardless of it being positive or negative.
Do each other the courtesy of responding to each other’s concerns in a manner that doesn’t involve slinging mud or being derogatory.
Learn to be kind to each other in the heat of your respective moments, and you’ll find that your voice will be heard by many more than you initially intended for.
