Problem with Return distribution: Weekly

I was browsing latest darwins and noticed that somehow they got unreasonable amounts of weeks displayed in the Return distribution: Weekly.
Here is an example : was just released with 31 days and somehow has 30 weeks of distribution same with the next one.

I think it’s a bug or I don’t understand how this graph works.

Have to confirm this but I’d say those are not full and separate calendar weeks but rather week- long snapshots taken each day. E.g. Tuesday to Monday, Wednesday to Tuesday, etc.

This would explain it, but seems non intuitive.
