Just as dead easy to use as Snaggy (suggested by @KlondikeFX), not requiring any download, here is your go-to conference meeting app that can replace Google Hangouts or Skype, even TeamViewer functionnalities
It could become your favorite tool if you need to organize some face-to-face presentations towards investors ?
It works through the incorporated WebRTC function of browsers :
- Firefox / Opera, right out of the box
- Brave (Chromium) / Chrome, install this extension https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/appearin-screen-sharing/bodncoafpihbhpfljcaofnebjkaiaiga?hl=en
- Safari, partial support (no screensharing)
- Edge is limited
Just handle (or stock/pull) a simple URL link to the other participants, and you will be chatting through audio and video (webcam) right away.
It also offers desktop sharing, where you can select if you want to broadcast either your full desktop, a specific program or a browser’s tab in particular.
The Free version enables for 4 participants in 1 room while one of the paid Pro ones enables up to 12 participants x 10 lobbys.
It is possible to moderate a room (kick, ban, etc) as well as lock it as private (in that case, when someone trys to join, much like the fisheye of a door, you’ll see the username and/or his live webcam face, then decide if you accept that person in)
