Tax treatment of investments in DARWINs

Buenas,

I imagine that you are talking about The spanish taxes.

The tax of profits that you will get with your investments in Darwins is The same of The shares, dividends or interests of The Bank deposits

Which is summed up by the global term “capital gains” here in Andorra (end of september 2016, it was the very first year we had to file taxes, yet the rates remain very unsignificant)

In France, it would be sorted under “plus-values / moins-values mobilières”

Fins aviat

Hello, I would like to ask you a couple of questions:

In Spain, does Darwinex deliver at the end of each year a certificate of withholdings and income to be able to make the declaration of the income tax for the Public Treasury?

And can you put everything in a single section or must declare in the IRPF one by one all the operations done in the year, declaring the losses or gains of each one?

Thanks for your attention.
