Will my trade manager adversely affect my risk statistics?

Hi I’m just wondering if I use a trade manager on open trades that includes a consistent preset stop and various rising stop and profit levels will this adversely affect my risk statistics such as VAR if the stops and take profit levels are hidden from the broker which is how the ea works?

No, the risk statistic and attributes are always calculated from the facts, which naturally are in the past. SL and TP levels could always be changed or deleted, so the risk calculation for a trade teached in courses fortunately is not regarded for the (real) investors risk which is controlled by the risk manager software which takes VaR and some other factors from the trade’s journey into account.
